The Menu Bar

The menu bar is located at the top of the Dreamweaver screen. Like most menu bars it contains every option, selection, modification, or item you wish to use. The menus within Dreamweaver are very involved and have multiple selections, some of which change depending upon the page you create and the item you select.

When referring to a menu in this course, most often it will be written starting as the menu name first then each sub menu separated by a slash i.e. Modify/Table/Insert Row.

Covering every item within the menu bars is beyond the scope of this course, you are highly encouraged to use the help option within windows and the online tech notes provided by Macromedia to discover each in-depth.
